It’s a project that’s been in the works for months, and it’s finally here. The Almost There Adventure Podcast is co-hosted by Jason Fitzpatrick (Mile…Mile & a Half), Saveria Tilden (CEO & Founder of AdventurUs Women), and Jeff Hester (Editor of SoCalHiker.net and Founder of the Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge series), and it’s now available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Google Play or wherever you find and listen to podcasts.

What is the Almost There Adventure Podcast all about?
The Almost There Adventure Podcast is a celebration of outdoor activities both local and epic. Discussing the big topics and sharing conversations adventurers, artists, activists and legends in the outdoor community.
All three of us have multi-sport backgrounds, with an emphasis on outdoor adventures. The podcast will reflect this, as we talk about hiking, backpacking, trail running, bikepacking, outdoor photography and more.
Our hope is that the show will inspire you to find new ways to add more adventure into your life, as we talk to ordinary people with extraordinary stories.
Each show will include a discussion with a special guest from the outdoors community, and may include a few extra surprises like gear and food reviews, Q&A and listener feedback.
When we were originally planning the show, our hope was to do one per month, but as we got into it, there were too many people we wanted to talk to and too many great topics to dive into. So we will be posting a new, 45-60 minute show every two weeks (in spite of what you might hear at the beginning of Episode One). It’s the perfect length for your commute to the trailhead.
